Dear yogis!
It is an honor to have this space to share special yoga sessions with you, guided by some of the best teachers I know. After several years of teaching, this is the first space I have the privilege of holding.
I have always wanted to bring something different to my classes, and this space allows us to offer an experience that is truly unique. It opens a portal where movement, breath, and atmosphere come together to create something special!

Cosmic Wave Yoga was created as a space to pause, reconnect, and explore the inner landscape.
Inspired by the vastness of the cosmos and the rhythm of the ocean, we envisioned a place where movement, breath, and atmosphere come together to support presence. A place where we can teleport ourselves anywhere.
Located inside the art gallery Vincent Hall, Cosmic Wave Yoga is a 360° immersive environment where visual landscapes surround the practice. Each session becomes a journey, guiding you through different atmospheres while remaining grounded in the body and breath.
Here, yoga is not about performance or perfection. It is about experience. About moving with intention, listening deeply, and discovering that the journey outward can lead us back home.
Whether you come to move, breathe, or simply take space from the noise of everyday life, Cosmic Wave Yoga invites you to step into another dimension and return inward.
